1. General Policy

Thank you for choosing Auraloom. We are committed to providing a high-quality AI-powered service. Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate access to our features upon purchase, all sales are final.

2. Subscription Services

All subscription fees for our Pro and Premium plans are non-refundable. When you purchase a subscription, you are paying for the entire term (monthly or yearly) at the beginning of the billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds or cancellations for any unused portion of your subscription term.

You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid term, but it will not be renewed. Canceling the renewal does not entitle you to a refund for any part of the current term.

3. One-Time Purchases and Donations

Any one-time purchases or donations made through our "Fuel Our Code" program are also non-refundable. These contributions are considered final and are used to support the ongoing development and maintenance of the Auraloom platform.

4. No-Refund Stance

Our no-refund policy is in place because our services incur immediate, irreversible costs on our end, including computational resources for AI processing. Once a service is used or a subscription term has begun, we cannot recover these costs.

We encourage you to use our free plan to evaluate the service and ensure it meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription.

5. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this refund policy. We do not provide refunds for any partial subscription periods, account upgrades or downgrades, or for any time unused with an active account.
